SKMCash Affiliate Program Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING IN SKMCASH'S AFFILIATE PROGRAM. By clicking on the "I ACCEPT" button below, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not click on the "I ACCEPT" button and you will not be enrolled in SKMCash's affiliate program.

SKMCash

AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

The SKMCash Affiliate Program available through and described at www.skmcash.com, as may be modified from time to time (the “Program”), is owned and operated by KSM Technology LLC, Inc. (“SKMCash”).

Program Enrollment

After completing SKMCash's registration process, you will become enrolled in the Program, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Links; Solicitations

SKMCash grants you a non-exclusive license to display approved links and content on your site and establish electronic links to the SKMCash website. You may not modify, redistribute, or misuse any provided content.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you must immediately remove all links and content. Email solicitations must comply with the Guidelines and all applicable laws.

Referral Fees

Provided you comply with this Agreement, you will be paid referral fees on qualified subscriptions. Subscription fees exclude refunds, chargebacks, and contingencies. Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in withheld payments.

Warranties

You represent and warrant that your participation in the Program complies with all applicable laws.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKMCash, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your participation in the Program.

Intellectual Property

SKMCash retains all rights to its trademarks, domains, and content. You may not register or use confusingly similar trademarks or domain names.

Termination

SKMCash may terminate this Agreement immediately for breach. Certain provisions survive termination.

Warranty Disclaimer

SKMCASH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

SKMCASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.

GUIDELINES

Linking

  • Links must not misrepresent SKMCash content or pricing.
  • No fake gates or forced subscriptions.

Compliance With Age-Verification Laws

  1. Affiliates must comply with all age-verification and online safety laws.
  2. Failure to comply constitutes a material breach.

Email Solicitations

Email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable privacy laws. Double opt-in is required.

All email campaigns require prior written approval and must be submitted to affiliates@skmcash.com.
